GRADUATING SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP PACKET

Dear Graduating Senior Applicant,

Since its founding in 1988, the Langley High School Alumni Association (LHSAA) has awarded scholarships to Langley High School graduates for secondary education.

Even though the high school closed, the LHSAA continues to award scholarships to children and grandchildren of members of the LHSAA with current paid membership by FEBRUARY 1st of the year of graduation along with paid membership renewal based on the year shown beside your name on the address label of the newsletter.

In order for the LHSAA to continue providing scholarships to future graduates, we rely on financial support of our members. We look forward to having you as a member in the many years to come as a Langley Alumni.

CRITERIA FOR CONSIDERATION:

• Current transcript with a Weighted Grade Point Average (GPA) of “2.5” or better
• Listing of within school and outside school:
                Organizations
                 Activities
                 Awards
                 Certificates
                 Personal Recommendations

                4 year college
                2 year college
                Trade School
                Culinary School
                Performing Arts Academy
